We got our second beagle puppy from here 5 and a half years after the first. Our first beagle turned out so exceptional, we just had to return for number 2. My sales associate was MJ, she was so knowledgeable it surprised us. Wise beyond her years.
They have at least 8 staff members on hand at all times to make sure the dogs get good care.
I am one of the cheapest, most difficult customers ever. I ended up talking to Adam, the general manager, he was the epitome of good management. I felt very well taken care of after an emotional experience.
Lastly was Natalie, the sales floor lead, and she was a notch above the rest (which again is a VERY high bar). Extremely accommodating and far beyond professional.
This place can sometimes have a bad reputation, and I promise none of it is true. They are certified well beyond any breeder, and the amount of employees running around shows the level of care.
There are more employees I’d like to call out, which I didn’t even deal with. Such as, an African American girl with shorter hair. Watching her deal with her customers, out of the corner of my eye, really gave me a good feeling. We were greeted and asked if we needed assistance, even after being in the store for an hour. Each time it was so respectable and innocent, that the love was felt.
