Petland has been serving the Racine, Wisconsin community since 1992. Our current owner has been in charge of Petland Racine since 2013 and has brought big changes. We were recognized as Petland USA’s Store of the year in 2018 and nominated for the honor again in 2022. Our location underwent a complete remodel in 2017 and in 2020 we added Saltwater Fish and Coral. We are a full line store dedicated to meeting all you pet needs! We are family owned and operated and we are very passionate about the animals in our care. It is our goal to match the right pet with the right family so you may both experience the power of the human-animal bond. Our highly trained Pet Counselors will help you find the perfect pet!

We are also committed to leading the industry in pet-sourcing transparency. Since 2014 our store owner has visited over 400 puppy kennels. He has committed to taking pictures and videos of all the breeders we work with so you can see for yourself the high quality kennels that provide Petland Racine with puppies. Petland Racine has also been an early supporter of the Canine Care Certified program for raising dogs. This standard, developed by Purdue University, is the only science-based standard for raising dogs in the nation. We currently work with over 30 Canine Care Certified breeders and dozens more are in the certification process. Petland Racine is committed to constantly raising the bar for quality companion animal sourcing!
