By choosing to use Petland Racine’s vet you will receive a 90 day warranty. Here are the benefits: Free initial Health Exam with the purchase of a fecal exam ($34). If at the initial health exam your puppy displays signs of a cold, parasite, or any other health condition related to its stay at Petland, treatment and follow-up care will be provided for free within 90 days of purchase. You are responsible for using our affiliated vet for all routine care and you must keep your puppy up to date on all vet recommended vaccines, deworming, and preventives in order for your warranty to remain in effect.

By choosing to use your own vet you will receive a 14 day warranty. You must have you puppy seen for a well check by a licensed veterinarian within 4 days of purchase. If any colds, parasites, or conditions related to the puppy’s stay at Petland are diagnosed at the initial health exam, you must provided our warranty service with documentation and Petland will Reimburse up to $300 for such conditions. Failure to have your pet examined within 4 days of possession voids your warranty coverage.
